Daily Mile
At our school, we do the Daily mile around the school building. This initiative encourages all our students to take part in a brisk, outdoor run or walk, covering approximately one mile each day.
The Daily Mile promotes physical activity and well-being among our students, helping them to stay fit and healthy. It also serves as a refreshing break from classroom activities, allowing students to recharge and refocus for their studies.
Beyond the physical benefits, the Daily Mile fosters a sense of community and camaraderie as students participate together, supporting and encouraging one another along the way. It instills lifelong habits of regular exercise and demonstrates the importance of staying active for overall health.
Overall, the Daily Mile is not just about fitness, it's about creating a positive daily routine that promotes both physical and mental well-being for all our students.
